JPMorganChase is seeking a Technical Project Manager III within the Payments and Global Banking Technology group in Tampa, FL. You will help lead complex technology projects and programs that align with business goals and client value, applying broad technical knowledge and analytical skills to navigate ambiguity and change.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimize resources to deliver high-impact programs.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading complex technology projects/programs
• Experience using AI-assisted planning and risk synthesis
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and manage stakeholders
• Familiarity with current platforms, tools, and technologies

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources and timelines
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, RAID, and status narratives with proper data handling
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and implement risk strategies
• Collaborate with software, QA, and business teams to define scope, objectives and deliverables
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed and provide regular stakeholder updates
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance artifacts with human review and delivery standards
