Qualifications

• Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in mechanical or controls field, or electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment.
• Experience interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, or dealing with customers under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver with limited guidance; use technical judgment to resolve equipment issues affecting production.
• Develop risk assessments and operational dashboards for critical equipment.
• Plan and schedule complex maintenance tasks requiring coordination across teams.
• Provide oversight for day‑to‑day maintenance activities with the Maintenance Manager.
• Create SOPs, JHAs, and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
