This individual will lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications built on Microsoft Azure, driving initiatives across CRM integrations, data platforms, and cloud-native application development. This is a highly visible role requiring both hands‑on technical leadership and the ability to mentor and guide a team. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite in the NYC office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of Azure-based enterprise applications
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions (App Services, Functions, APIs)
• Drive CRM and Databricks integrations within Azure ecosystem
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Oversee full SDLC ensuring quality, security, and scalability
• Lead and mentor a team
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Financial services experience; investment banking preferred
