Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Minimum five years of experience in law firms or in-house roles.
• Active law license in the state where the office is located.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and business judgment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate software, SaaS, cloud services, e-commerce, and tech agreements.
• Advise on vendor onboarding, commercial terms, and platform policies.
• Handle technology/IP licensing, data processing, and privacy terms.
• Update templates and contracting playbooks to speed sales cycles.
• Review distribution, logistics, and other commercial agreements.
