Capital Group is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst Senior (Technology) in Irvine to independently evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of the company’s control environment across complex technology domains. You will partner with a global team to assess technology controls, perform risk-based testing, and deliver evidence-based conclusions informed by interviews, walkthroughs, and testing.

Qualifications

• Experience performing technology audits across domains such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI, IAM, SDLC, vulnerability management, change management, and platform management.
• Ability to develop high-quality audit documentation including risk/control matrices, test plans, workpapers and evidence-based conclusions.
• Experience testing design and operating effectiveness of controls for medium- to high-complexity processes with risk-based testing.
• Experience using data analytics to identify trends, anomalies and risk insights in large data sets.
• Ability to identify audit findings, make practical recommendations and communicate opportunities to strengthen controls.
• Experience monitoring and validating remediation plans through completion.
• Strong professional judgment, attention to detail, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills for senior management and governance committees.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders at all levels and collaborates across global teams.

Responsibilities
