A leading aerospace technology firm is seeking an experienced Senior PLM/CM Administrator in Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform, leading system improvements, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires a combination of strong PLM expertise and technical skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and effective problem-solving. The compensation package includes a base salary of $125,000 to $170,000, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in PLM administration or configuration management.
• Strong expertise in PLM concepts, BOM management, and change control.
• Experience with Teamcenter configuration tools (BMIDE, preferences, workflows).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for Teamcenter administration.
• Configure and maintain items, revisions, BOMs, and workflows.
• Act as the highest level of PLM support for complex issues.
