Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Sr. Teacher to lead curriculum implementation and guide a classroom team. You will create a safe, engaging space for children to explore and learn, while supporting families and collaborating with staff to meet center goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months of center-based ECE Experience.
• Meet & maintain state-specific requirement to supervise children alone in a classroom.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, multitask effectively.
• Able to see and hear well to keep children safe and engage in activity.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

When you join our team as a Sr. Teacher you will:

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6 months of center-based ECE Experience
• Meet & maintain the state-specific requirement to supervise children alone in a classroom setting
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
