Job summary

KinderCare in Colorado is seeking a Senior Teacher to lead classrooms and inspire young learners in our early childhood education programs. You will design and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum and model best teaching practices to support children's growth.

You will mentor junior staff, observe and assess progress, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families while collaborating with center leadership on program improvement in an inclusive, growth-minded culture.
