Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies, including trusts, wills, wealth transfer, asset protection, and business succession planning.
• Handle complex trust and estate administration matters.
• Counsel clients on federal and state estate, gift, income, and fiduciary tax issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on tax, trust, estate, and multi-state planning matters.
