Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP is seeking a Senior Manager for the Tax Transformation Consulting team to lead technology-driven ERP and tax applications implementations. You will guide client engagements, manage teams, and deliver SAP and indirect tax solutions while aligning with client strategy.

The role requires strong governance, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of tax technology deployments across direct and indirect tax domains, with travel up to 50% and hybrid work in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, technology, finance, business or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in tax solutions implementation in SAP and indirect tax tech.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and co-locate in-person 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Deliver components of SAP or indirect tax engine engagements and teams.
• Identify, design and implement tax technology solutions.
• Understand and articulate TTC practice and Deloitte goals; maintain client relationships.
• Perform counselor/coach role; participate in staffing and retention activities.
• Develop and lead pursuit teams; contribute to business development.
