Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Tax Technology & Automation to drive automation and data integrity across tax provision and compliance processes. The role emphasizes optimizing ONESOURCE, Orbitax, CorpTax, and DMI within a hybrid work model.

You will design ETL workflows in Alteryx, maintain data hierarchies, and partner with Tax SMEs to deliver scalable solutions for global tax operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Computer / Data Science, or Information Systems; advanced degree a plus.
• 3–6 years of hands-on data analytics, tax technology, data automation, or related field.
• Experience with tax provision and/or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct and indirect tax reporting, international tax computation, and tax compliance applications.
• Administer core tax software such as ONESOURCE Tax Provision, Orbitax, CorpTax, and DMI.
• Build, test, and maintain ETL workflows in Alteryx for data ingestion and transformation.
• Maintain Tax Department SharePoint sites and tax data hierarchies across applications.
• Collaborate with Tax SMEs to automate processes and improve accuracy and auditability.
