Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Sharp organizational and analytical skills with a mix of creative and logical problem-solving.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and CPA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex tax compliance engagements in line with firm and professional standards, on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve client issues promptly, professionally, and accurately.
• Manage client expectations through clear, proactive communication.
• Serve as a technical resource, advising associates on client accounting and tax matters.
• Plan and schedule engagements, coordinating client needs with firm resources.
• Contribute to and help lead firm-wide initiatives and projects.
