Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• At least one of the following: CPA, Bar member or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Leading tax compliance projects for asset and wealth management clients, focusing on regulated investment companies.
• Analyzing financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns, minimizing risks of non-compliance.
• Providing strategic tax planning and guidance to optimize clients' tax positions within the financial services industry.
• Reviewing and validating clients' adherence to tax laws and regulations, offering solutions to complex tax issues.
• Coaching and mentoring teams to enhance their skills in tax compliance and regulatory consulting.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand and address their tax compliance needs.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends impacting tax strategies.
• Drafting and reviewing tax documents to support corporate tax planning and compliance efforts.
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in tax compliance processes.
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
