Job summary

Savant Capital LLC is seeking a Senior Tax Strategist to join the Tax Strategy Team. You will support the development and execution of tax strategies for high-net-worth clients, families, and business owners, coordinating with tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate execution.

The role involves data gathering, preparing projections and analyses, reviewing junior work, and researching federal/state tax issues for integrated wealth planning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent designation preferred (or pursuing).
• Experience with individual, trust, partnership, foundation and corporate tax returns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review client tax data and planning documents.
• Prepare tax strategy deliverables and analyses for advisors.
• Review tax analysis prepared by juniors and train staff on tax planning tools.
• Research federal/state tax issues and summarize findings for clients.
• Prepare moderately complex tax returns for accuracy and compliance as needed.
