Job summary

Corient Services LLC seeks a Tax Preparer/Reviewer to handle comprehensive state and federal tax reviews for individuals, trusts and flow-through entities. You will stay current with tax legislation and support planning, consulting, and research for client teams.

Requirements include CPA status or pursuing license, 3–5 years in tax prep/review, and Big Four experience preferred. Onsite role in Florida with competitive range and benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting from an accredited college/university is required.
• Master’s in Taxation or Accountancy preferred.
• Active CPA license or pursuing CPA license is preferred.
• 3–5 years of tax prep/review experience.
• Big Four experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detail review of tax work papers and data requests.
• Review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, trusts, foundations and flow-through entities.
• Stay current on tax law changes and reform.
• Assist with Federal and State tax notices.
• Support tax planning, consulting and research for clients.
• Coordinate with tax managers/directors and outsourced preparers.
• Manage projects assigned by Tax Manager/Director of Tax.
• Analyze client tax data to maximize outcomes.
• Act as liaison to third-party preparers.
