Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provides entry level staff supervision accountability.
• Monitors workload weekly to plan for the coming week.
• Assists in the completion of tax returns and special services.
• Prepares complicated returns.
• Assist in reviewing reports and returns before partner/manager review.
• Develops opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
• Plans engagements to achieve quality goals and reduce engagement time.
• Keeps current with tax changes from AICPA and tax authorities.
• Researches tax issues as appropriate.
• Monitors billable hours and compares to goals.
• Maintains required CPE and licensing standards.
• Provides courteous, prompt service to clients and internal/external customers.
