Responsibilities

• Lead the local tax office and oversee a growing team of tax professionals.
• Inherit an active portfolio of business and individual clients and mentor staff.
• Review and prepare complex business and individual tax returns.

• Drive workflow efficiency and operational excellence within the office.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships across tax and wealth services.
