Job summary

Premier Financial Search is seeking a remote Senior Tax Manager to lead work for high-net-worth families, family offices and foundations. You will own client relationships and review complex trust, estate and entity structures, with ownership on a smaller platform after a Big 4 private client background.

The role requires managing and mentoring a remote team, serving as a senior technical reviewer, and partnering with leadership to grow the private client practice across the United States.

Qualifications

• Current Senior Manager or Principal in a Big 4 Private Client, Family Office or HNW tax group.
• Career built at that firm from the start, with promotions earned there.
• Deep experience with Forms 1040, 1041, 706, 709 and 1065 for HNW clients and closely held entities.
• Track record of reviewing complex work and developing staff remotely.
• Active CPA license.

• Review and sign off on complex individual, trust, estate, gift and partnership returns for HNW and UHNW clients
• Own relationships with multi-generational families and their closely held entities
• Advise clients on planning across trusts, estates, foundations and family entity structures
• Serve as senior technical reviewer and resolve complex tax questions
• Lead, review and develop a remote team
• Partner with firm leadership to grow the private client practice

Our client, a respected CPA firm with a private client practice, is hiring a remote Senior Tax Manager to lead work for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices and foundations. You will own client relationships and review complex trust, estate and entity structures.

We are looking for a Senior Manager or Principal who built their career inside a Big 4 private client group and wants real ownership on a smaller platform.

• Own relationships with multi-generational families and their closely held entities
• Advise clients on planning across trusts, estates, foundations and family entity structures
