The ideal candidate is a CPA with at least five years in public accounting and a minimum of two years in a leadership role, capable of managing workflows, mentoring staff, and delivering strategic tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum 5 years in public accounting; 2+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex partnership tax engagements.
• Address tax compliance and planning for clients across industries.
• Serve as main client contact; ensure timely delivery and communication.
• Identify tax and business planning opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors.
• Demonstrate strong project management and analytical skills.
