Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• CPA qualification strongly preferred.
• Progressive corporate tax experience in multinational consolidated tax compliance and reporting.
• Knowledge of OneSource corporate tax software and MS Office (Excel); PowerBI and Alteryx preferred.
• Solid understanding of multinational, multi-state corporate income tax and sales & use tax laws.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Self-directed with ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated, sub-consolidated and single corporate tax returns and tax provisions.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions; analyze current and deferred taxes.
• Coordinate intercompany tax allocations and tax filings (US/Canada).
• Support IFRIC 23 analysis with external advisors.
• Monitor sales and use tax planning opportunities and impacts of changes (acquisitions).
• Respond to tax notices and assist in tax audits.
• Conduct technical tax research and provide supportable recommendations.
