What You Will Do

• Review (and prepare as needed) tax returns for all entity types, their owners, and high net worth individuals.
• Lead and support tax planning and consulting engagements. We are not just tax preparers.
• Manage multiple projects, clients, and staff while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and train staff, ensuring accuracy and professional development.
• Communicate proactively with clients and the team about planning results.
• Collaborate with partners on billing and workflow.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Active CPA license (preferred) with strong experience in tax preparation and review.
• Organized, efficient, and willing to adapt to our quality control processes as well as high tech work-flow.
• Solid technical knowledge of business and individual taxation (multi-state a plus).
• Excellent verbal/written communication - say what is on your mind (we cannot read minds, we have tried).
• Positive, collaborative, and willing to learn and help others. We laugh hard, work hard and do not tolerate toxic behaviors.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Suite & Adobe PDF; CCH Axcess and Prosystemsfx Engagement software experience strongly preferred.
• Confident engaging with clients via phone, Zoom, Teams or in person.
