Qualifications

• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• Strong tax planning and advisory background.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive tax planning strategies for business and individual clients.
• Lead client meetings and strategic planning discussions.
• Review complex individual and business tax returns and ensure compliance.
• Oversee deadlines, workflow, and client deliverables; mentor staff.
