Jobot is seeking a Senior Tax Manager in Fairfax, VA to lead complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. You will oversee planning, compliance, and staff development while partnering with clients and firm leadership.

The role offers hybrid work after onboarding, with opportunities for advancement toward partnership and a collaborative culture. A CPA and tax experience are preferred.

• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120-S, 1120).

• Research and interpret complex tax regulations and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance on federal and multi-state tax matters.
• Develop proactive tax strategies tailored to individual and business clients.
