Qualifications

• CPA designation with at least 7 years of high-net-worth tax experience.
• Proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax, Income Tax Planner and tax research tools.
• Strong tax technical knowledge for sophisticated strategies.
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player delivering superior client service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual income tax returns, incl. multi-state filings.
• Prepare and review gift, trust, partnership, corp returns and private foundations.
• Prepare quarterly projections, estimated taxes and extensions.
• Assist HNW clients with mortgage, insurance, RMD analysis and cash flow.
• Respond to tax notices and assist with audits.
• Conduct tax research and prepare clear workpapers.
• Handle foreign tax filings and special projects (e.g., matrimonial forensic analysis).
• Interact with wealth management team and maintain client relationships.
