Job summary

SVA is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Tax team in Madison, WI. You will lead complex engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff, while expanding services to clients across industries.

In this role you’ll work with Principals and firm leadership to meet client expectations, identify process improvements, and contribute to business development. Expect a collaborative environment with growth and mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA or EA certification preferred; eligibility to sit for exam.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in public accounting.
• Role based in Wisconsin (WI).

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop and train staff, assign work based on capabilities, and provide feedback.
• Grow client base through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures.
• Monitor engagement budgets and ensure allocations are respected.
