Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, a CPA or JD, and significant experience in tax compliance. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing engagements, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of experience in federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services.
• Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax, accounting, and advisory services to small-business clients.
