The role requires CPA licensure, a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (Master's preferred), and 7+ years in public accounting with a focus on tax management. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

  • Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex tax issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Review and approve tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in tax management.
