Job summary

Kforce Inc in Plantation, FL, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead and manage complex tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. You will provide strategic tax planning and consulting across industries and oversee engagements from quote to delivery.

You will supervise staff and managers, review tax returns, conduct technical research, draft memoranda, and mentor the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred.
• 7+ years public accounting tax experience with a CPA.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Proficient in tax software (CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx) and Microsoft Office.

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements for corporations, partnerships and high-net-worth individuals; Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients across various industries
• Manage client relationships and the entire engagement, including quoting of engagements, billing, preparation of invoices; Review and approve tax returns prepared by managers and staff; Conduct technical tax research for staff and supervisors; Draft memoranda on complex issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
