This Senior Tax Manager opportunity is for a real estate tax leader who wants to do more than oversee compliance. You will lead complex engagements, advise clients on consequential tax decisions, develop the professionals around you, and help shape the direction of a growing practice.

You will own tax relationships with real estate owners, investors, and businesses, serving as a senior advisor on planning, partnership structures, transactions, and complex federal, state, and local tax matters. From setting engagement strategy through final delivery, you will bring technical judgment to the issues that matter most to clients and work across the practice to turn that expertise into practical advice.

Leadership is central to the role. You will set priorities across engagements, uphold technical quality, mentor and develop tax professionals, and help deepen client relationships. This is an opportunity to influence how the team operates and grows, not simply manage a portfolio of returns.

The ideal candidate brings substantial public accounting experience in real estate tax, deep knowledge of partnership taxation and complex flow-through structures, and a demonstrated ability to lead engagements and advise clients directly. A CPA or other relevant advanced tax credential is preferred.
