Jobot is seeking a Senior Manager, Tax for a hybrid role in Michigan. You will lead the tax team and coordinate with clients and wealth management teams to implement tax strategies that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years' tax experience in private or public accounting or financial planning.
• CPA or EA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to the tax team to achieve results and grow expertise.
• Help obtain new clients through strategic relationships and networks.
• Manage client relationships and retention; ensure deadlines and client inquiries are addressed.
• Develop and present tax planning solutions for high-net-worth clients and closely held businesses.
• Manage consulting/tax projects including charitable giving and private foundation payouts.
• Review tax returns and projections, extensions, and related work papers.
