Qualifications

• CPA license or eligible; Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Deep expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Proven success in tax planning, entity structuring, and advisory

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the firm’s most complex tax engagements.
• Lead tax planning strategies and transaction structuring for high-net-worth clients.
• Oversee review of complex tax returns ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Mentor and develop managers and senior associates.
• Drive continuous improvement in tax processes and documentation.
