OnlyHire.Me is seeking a Tax Senior to own complex tax returns and mentor staff as we scale our growing CPA firm. You will work closely with a Tax Manager and Partner, delivering high-quality work on real estate, investments, S corps and multi-state taxes.

You will drive technical excellence, improve workflows, and communicate with clients on routine tax matters, while contributing to a culture that prioritizes quality over volume.

Competenze

• 4-7 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong experience with 1040s, 1120s, 1120S, and 1065s.
• CPA license preferred, or actively pursuing.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review complex tax returns (individual, real estate, investments).
• Handle S corporations, partnerships, and multi-state returns end-to-end.
• Serve as a technical buffer between staff and the Tax Manager.
• Translate review notes into clean final workpapers.
• Research tax issues and clearly summarize conclusions.
