Qualifications

• 5–12 years of partnership and private fund tax experience in public accounting, asset management, or both.
• Experience with open-ended funds is strongly preferred.
• Digital asset or token tax experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax team across funds and entities, including compliance and reporting.
• Manage external tax advisors and fund administrators.
• Coordinate estimated payments and foreign partner withholding.
• Serve as internal hub for tax elections, structuring, and crypto asset matters.
• Oversee FATCA/ CRS and related reporting, build scalable processes and AI-assisted workflows.
