Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPA/JD/LLM/MST/MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• 8–12+ years of tax advisory/transaction experience.
• Experience with real estate investments, partnerships or asset-heavy businesses.
• Strong understanding of partnership taxation and transaction structuring.
• Familiarity with domestic and international tax considerations.
• Experience conducting tax due diligence and reviewing transaction-related agreements.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tax considerations for acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and investments.
• Conduct tax due diligence and identify exposures, structuring considerations and planning opportunities.
• Review transaction agreements for relevant tax provisions.
• Advise stakeholders on tax implications of business decisions.
• Assist with structuring investment vehicles, partnerships and joint ventures.
• Support tax planning for domestic and international investments.
• Coordinate with accounting, finance, legal and investment teams throughout the transaction process.
