Job summary

Fedway Associates is seeking a Tax and Compliance Senior Specialist to manage corporate tax filings, compliance and strategic tax planning across multiple entities. This on-site role in Basking Ridge, NJ requires close collaboration with external tax providers and internal accounting teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive tax experience, a CPA license (preferred), and strong proficiency with Excel and tax software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master's in Taxation is preferred.
• Active CPA license is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax filings for multiple entities across states.
• Review and prepare federal, state and local tax returns.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and registrations to keep entities in good standing.
• Advise on tax planning and assist with internal audits and risk management.
• Coordinate with external tax providers and internal accounting teams.
