Distinct | North America, a growing cloud-based CPA firm in downtown Chicago, seeks a Senior Tax Associate/Manager with international tax experience. You’ll own inbound US tax engagements, handle 1120/5471/5472, GILTI and FBAR, and work directly with the Founder and clients.

The role blends tax and leadership, with opportunities to influence firm growth, systems, and client service, plus a generous PTO and potential equity as the firm scales.

Formación

• Inbound international tax compliance focus with cross-border experience.
• Experience with Form 1120, 5471, 5472, GILTI, FBAR and multi-state filings.
• Interaction with clients and ownership of engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inbound international tax compliance for US entities.
• Prepare and review Forms 1120, 5471, 5472 and GILTI calculations.
• Collaborate with founder and clients to shape processes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to growth strategy.
