A full-service accounting and advisory firm based in Tampa, Florida is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Associate to join their dynamic tax team. Seeking professionals support clients in a diverse range of industries. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility and good work life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tax preparation, planning, and advisory services for various business structures and industries.
Lead and manage multiple engagements and teams simultaneously.
Oversee compliance deadlines and ensure all milestones are met.
Conduct tax research and handle special projects.
Supervise, mentor, and develop professional tax staff.
Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting with significant progress toward CPA eligibility.
CPA license preferred.
2+ years of experience in a public accounting firm’s tax department.
Multi-industry experience a plus (construction, manufacturing, small business, healthcare, technology, non-profit, government, benefit plans, etc.).
Familiarity with CCH ProSystem FX Tax and Engagement is a plus.
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
Located in vibrant downtown Tampa, FL.
