Insite US in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to support integrated solutions across tax and consulting engagements. You will work directly with Partners and Senior Managers on varied client projects, guiding teams and delivering accurate results.

The role emphasizes technical tax research, client communication, and leadership within a growing Top 50 public accounting firm. A CPA trajectory and strong mentoring are highlighted, with open PTO and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA qualified or actively working towards obtaining CPA.
• Experience preparing tax returns and resolving complex issues independently.
• Experience planning and supervising larger engagements.
• Strong technical research, writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting, auditing, and tax software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and execute tax returns, accounting assignments, and consulting projects.
• Collaborate with Partners and Senior Managers on complex client engagements.
