Job summary

Quick USA Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Senior Tax Associate to join the tax team. You will handle US corporate tax compliance, prepare US tax returns, and respond to tax authorities, with documents prepared in Japanese and English.

Requirements include 3–5 years in corporate tax; BA/BS and CPA exam eligibility; strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills; ability to read/write Japanese; and mentoring junior staff. Working hours are 8:30–17:30, with Saturdays/Sundays off. DOE.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate income tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax consulting
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university and eligible to sit for the CPA exam
• Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical skills in tax compliance and tax research
• Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese
