Job summary

SentinelOne in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to own end-to-end US tax compliance across federal, state, and local levels and support global tax provision in a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company.

You will work on ASC 740, transfer pricing, R&D credits, IP structuring, and cross-border tax issues, collaborating with Legal and external providers; strong Excel/ERP experience required; CPA path encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Active or pursuing CPA license; MST or MBA a plus.
• 3–4+ years tax experience in tech/public accounting or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740.
• Prepare US federal/state/local corporate income tax returns.
• Support international tax compliance and TP documentation.
• Manage deferred tax assets/liabilities and tax accounts.
• Oversee sales and use tax for SaaS/software products.
