Job summary

Electrolux Group North America in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to manage the income tax provision and compliance processes. The role supports quarter-end/year-end activities and tax payments, with a hybrid work setup based at our Charlotte headquarters.

The position collaborates with accounting, finance, legal, and JV teams, handling federal/state tax matters and process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years corporate income tax or public accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and data reconciliation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision, including current and deferred tax calculations and tax packages.
• Prepare estimated tax payment and extension calculations for U.S. federal, Canada and Puerto Rico.
• Analyze and prepare book-to-tax differences for corporations and partnerships.
• Prepare fixed assets related tax work and tax compliance workpapers.
• Coordinate with JV finance teams and external advisors on tax matters.
• Identify and implement process improvements to standardize tax accounting and compliance.
