Accounting Search seeks a Senior Tax Analyst to assist the Tax Director in preparing the Company’s US federal income tax returns. Located in Phoenix near Sky Harbor, the role offers a hybrid work schedule with a salary range of $85,000 to $115,000 DOE.

Responsibilities include compiling data for consolidated returns, tax research, and maintaining tax systems. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and relevant experience, with familiarity in corporate tax and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
4 years of experience in Tax and/or Accounting; OR 2 years at Big 4 as an Accountant.
Strong knowledge of US federal income tax rules; corporate consolidations.
Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook).
Proficient in tax research tools such as BNA, RIA, CCH.

Responsabilités

Prepare and assist with the company’s consolidated US federal corporate income tax return filings.
Conduct tax technical research and support tax technology and process improvements.
Maintain and support tax department applications and databases.
Ensure SOX controls related to tax return preparation are implemented and followed.
Assist with reconciliation of US federal income tax returns to financial statements.
Support IRS audit documentation requirements.
