Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst for our client in Phoenix, AZ, near Sky Harbor. The role focuses on assisting the Tax Director with preparing US federal returns and other related tasks, in a hybrid work arrangement.

The candidate will compile data for consolidated filings, perform tax research, and support tax technology and SOX controls, with a salary range of $85K to $115K DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, and four (4) years of experience in Tax and/or Accounting
• Experience with U.S. income tax rules and regulations, including emphasis in the area of corporate consolidations
• Experience with Adobe and Microsoft Tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Compile data for and prepare Company’s consolidated US federal corporate income tax return using CorpTax based applications.
• Assist with tax technical research, tax technology and process design.
• Assist with maintenance and support of tax department applications and databases.
• Implement department SOX controls related to US tax return preparation process.
• Assist with reconciliation of US federal income tax returns to amounts reported on Company’s publicly filed financial statements.
• Support IRS audit documentation requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.
