Job summary

White & Case LLP seeks a Senior Analyst, Tax to join our Global Tax & Compliance function in Tampa. The role supports US tax filings, partner taxes, and coordinating with offices worldwide to ensure local tax compliance and timely reporting.

The candidate will prepare tax estimates, assist in capital accounts, and work with a team to deliver accurate monthly and quarterly insights for partners. Strong Excel, communication and deadline management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-5 years in public or private accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word skills essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules and work papers for partnership tax returns (all jurisdictions).
• Maintain entities and tax org charts.
• Assist in capital account reporting and K-1 preparation.
• Collaborate with US and global teams to ensure compliance.
