Job summary

Mobility Global in Centreville, VA, is seeking a highly analytical Senior Tax Analyst to lead key aspects of corporate tax compliance, ASC 740 accounting, and notice management within a growing Treasury team.

You will drive data automation initiatives, work with IT and Accounting to improve processes, and support cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. A strong background in tax and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting and US GAAP (ASC 740).
• High proficiency in Excel with lookup, pivot tables, and macros.
• Experience meeting tight statutory timelines across tax authorities.

Responsibilities

• Tax Technical & ASC 740 Compliance: review federal/state/non-US returns; prepare book-to-tax adjustments and US international tax calculations.
• Audit Support & Notices: compile data for audits and manage tax notices; respond to inquiries.
• Data Analytics & Automation: extract data from ledgers/ERP and design automated data pipelines.
• Project Management & Stakeholder Communication: manage compliance calendar and coordinate with Treasury, IT, Legal and Accounting.
