Your Role

The Senior Tax Analyst will have direct responsibility for supporting indirect Tax function, including VAT, sales/use tax, property tax and other non-income taxes, the worldwide tax provision along with U.S. and international income tax compliance.

  • Own the Indirect Tax function (VAT, sales/use, property and other non-income taxes)
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of all indirect tax accounts
  • Prepare monthly transfer pricing calculations
  • Assist in the timely preparation of the Company’s monthly, quarterly and annual tax provision
  • Support preparation and filing of the Company’s federal, state and international income tax returns
  • Prepare state extension/estimated tax payment calculations
  • Prepare state modifications, multi-state allocation and apportionment schedules
  • Assist with tax related audits and notices issued by tax authorities
  • Address tax department inquiries from internal and external business partners
  • Support other team members of the tax function by performing ad hoc tax analyses, analytical support and assistance with other special projects as needed
  • Remain current on tax law changes and changes in the business activities of the company
  • Identify and assist in implementation of process improvements
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent); CPA or MST preferred
  • 7+ years multinational corporate tax experience
  • Ability to independently research, analyze, summarize, and communicate tax issues using tax research tools
  • Ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple requests timely in a dynamic fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and with business partners
  • Experience with NetSuite, BNA, Avalara and OneSource Tax Provision a plus

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. $79,500 - $106,166.67 USD
