Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns.
• Experience working with closely held businesses and business owners.
• Strong technical tax knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns.
• Review tax workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.
• Maintain exceptional standards of quality and accuracy.
• Assist with complex tax engagements and special projects.
