Qualifications

• CPA license required with substantial individual tax experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex returns preferred.
• Strong communication and client-service skills; able to lead a tax team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state individual tax returns including investments, retirement and rental properties.
• Support returns involving trusts, estates, partnerships and S corporations.
• Identify proactive planning opportunities (Roth conversions, retirement distributions, charitable giving, estate considerations).
• Explain tax matters clearly to clients and collaborate with advisors on planning.
• Guide tax workflows, ensure quality review, meet deadlines and develop the team.
