Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2+ years tax experience, preferably in public accounting.
• CPA/EA/JD or progress toward credential preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and client service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex business and individual tax returns, projections, and related filings.
• Research technical tax issues, develop recommendations, and identify planning opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships by serving as a trusted day-to-day resource and delivering high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver practical solutions, manage priorities, and support successful client engagements.
• Review the work of associates, provide coaching and mentorship, and contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
