You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and deliver proactive, practical solutions while contributing to process improvements and firm-growth initiatives.

The role requires CPA status, 2–5+ years of tax experience, and strong technical accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 2–5+ years of accounting and tax experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., UltraTax) preferred.
• CPA required.
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal client communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax and accounting engagements to ensure accuracy, timing, and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource and mentor to team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver proactive solutions.
